Balkan is slightly autistic – it is imperative to catch the last integration train

He said that responding to a Geek MEP’s question what NATO would protect Montenegro from.

“The characteristic of our region is ongoing instability. We have more than enough evidence that our stability instruments are unreliable. What is the answer? Integration. We think that we should stop the practice in which Balkans had slightly autistic life”, the PM said.

“For us, it is imperative to catch the last train of the European and Euro-Atlantic integration. It brings stability, more intensive foreign investment and prosperity”, he said.

He added that the elections on 16 October were an important test.

“All we did in previous years is to be tested”, Djukanovic said.
