“Officials of CB Budva took a statement from I.Z with a legal representative – parent present. This individual cannot answer from criminal acts because it does not have 14 years yet. Prosecution was made aware of the case”, it was stated in Police Directorate.
Prosecution qualified the act as a criminal offense of false reporting.
