Dritan Abazović the most active representative, part of DPS silent

He raised a hand to speak 87 times, and spoke 3 hours and 54 minutes in total.

Right behind him is the oldest representative of this structure, Jelisava Kalezić, who spoke 83 times, in total of 2 hours and 50 minutes.

Third most active representative is leader of Liberal Party Andrija Popović, who spoke 74 times for 2 hours and 27 minutes.

This data is for the period of January 1st 2016 to June 20th, and pertains to plenary hall in the Parliament.

Conference system makes a note of times spoken and duration based on the activity of the microphone.

For the sessions held outside of plenary hall, statistical data is not available.

Due to the nature of their work, microphone is on most of the time for leadership of the Parliament, so there is no data for Ranko Krivokapić or Darko Pajović, nor vice presidents Milutin Simović, Suljo Mustafić and Branko Radulović.

DF compensated their absence of four months during the last month and a half. Leader of DNP Milan Knežević and his colleague Predrag Bulatović managed to speak 61 times for 2 hours and 5 minutes and 2 hours and 12 minutes.

Leader of PzP Nebojša Medojević spoke 52 times for 2 hours and 10 minutes, and Andrija Mandić spoke 37 times for 1 hour and 33 minutes.

Chief of DF Representatives Club Milutin Đukanović spoke 48 times.

The reason for intense activity of DF representatives in such a short time lies in the fact that the members of this alliance were in “media dark”, so they used direct TV transmission of Parliament’s sessions to speak to the citizens. In their own words, they turned Parliament’s sessions into DF tribunes.

“This ends today’s tribune of DF. We thank Mister Pajović for his participation and leadership. We invite you to carry on on Monday in the same pace”, Emilo Labudović said at the end of the session on Friday.

Leadership and opposition

Unlike opposition representatives, the citizens do not often hear someone from leading DPS. The most active is Obrad Mišo Stanišić, who spoke 36 times for 36 minutes.

After him are: Miodrag Vuković who spoke 18 times for 38 minutes, Predrag Sekulić who spoke 17 times for 35 minutes, Tarzan Milošević who spoke 16 times for 27 minutes, and Zoran Jelić who spoke 15 times for 28 minutes.

On the other hand, SNP was very active, and Aleksandar Damjanović spoke 59 times for 2 hours and 22 minutes.

Leader of SNP Srđan Milić spoke 55 times for 1 hour and 55 minutes.

Among SDP representatives, the most active was Rifat Rastoder, who spoke 27 times for 1 hour and 9 minutes.

Representative of Positive Azra Jasavić spoke 36 times for 1 hour and 15 minutes, and her colleague Goran Tuponja spoke 28 times for an hour.
