Deadline for realization of this project expired in July of 2012. Four years later, as it seems now, hotel Hilton in Podgorica will finally start to work.
“This hotel will soon join the world chain of the brand Hilton and reservations for arrival of guests will be accepted starting from the 1st of october 2016”, it was published at the official website of the hotel Hilton Podgorica.
Total value of the investment is 44 million euros, and one of the financers of this project is European bank for reconstruction and development.
According to the project, hotel Hilton Podgorica will have nine congressional halls, 197 rooms, 23 apartments with lucnh bars, presidential suite, restaurant and aperitive bar, wellness center, fitness and spa block with a closed swimming pool.
Old hotel “Crna Gora” was completely reconstructed and expanded while new Hilton was made of the most beutiful traits of the old hotel and the new face packed in modern and rich design.
Hotel will have nine fully functional meeting rooms, large conference hall (Ballroom) and Executive Lounge which will make this hotel, and Podgorica the congressional center of Montenegro. Traditional terrace of the old hotel “Crna Gora” will also be operational.
