Southern Soul Festival will be held in Ulcinj, from June 30 to July 3. The beautiful, golden sands of the Long Beach will this year be presenting Marcos Valle, Ed Motta, the London jazz/funk/soul fussion collective Yussef Kamal Trio and Pete Josef with his band. Cuban jazz/soul diva DayMate Arocena will also grace the stage, in addition to Italy’s star Nicola Conte, while Stefania Dipierro will present her new album Natural/A gira. Arriving from the United States with his band is Peven Everett.
Sophisticated and carefully designed selection of DJs and artists in the 4th edition of the Southern Soul Festival will this year feature about 50 performers.
Porto Montenegro added SSF is also known for revealing new names every year. This year, alongside Fouk, freestylers Saint James from Paris and twenty-year old musical genius from Copenhagen, Dee Brown, will get the chance to showcase their work.
