Google and Govt on cooperation for productivity of public authorities

The meeting was attended by Deputy Prime Minister for Economic Affairs and Minister of Information Society and Telecommunications, prof. Dr. Vujica Lazović, Minister of Sustainable Development and Tourism, Branimir Gvozdenovic, Director of the National Tourism Organisation, Zeljka Radak-Kukavičić, Director General for Information Society Promotion, Ivica Ivanović, Advisor to the Prime Minister and Head of the Public Relations, Srdjan Kusovac, and representatives of Google for the Adriatic region.

Representatives of the Government of Montenegro presented the activities of the Government in the field of promotion of tourist offer of Montenegro, 3D mapping of the country and available digital services and tools.

Representatives of Google presented the possibilities for cooperation in the field of branding and improvement of tourist offer of Montenegro, its visibility on the Internet, as well as other tools and services that can contribute to improving the work of the Government in these areas.

It was agreed to continue communicating at the operational level, to draft future steps of cooperation.

Vice President Lazović took the opportunity to invite Google visitors to the Infofest 2016, which is traditionally held in Budva.

 

The plan is to make cooperation more concrete by September.
