Kosovo has sent a note of protest to Montenegro

Kosovo’s Ministry demands that the perpetrators of that crime be found and punished.

Chief of Kosovo’s diplomacy Petrit Selimi said that they have received an official response from Montenegro, saying that the crime in question was vandalism and that the perpetrators will be punished.

Selimi said that such acts cannot influence the relationship between Kosovo and Montenegro.

“Relationship with Montenegro is that of partners and good neighbours. Radical extremists in Montenegro have been trying for a long time to destroy that relationship but they will not succeed”, Selimi said, Portal Malesia writes, and RTCG learns.

Flags of these two states were burned night before last in front of Capital Plaza in Podgorica. The act was condemned by Ministry of Foreign Affairs and many parties.
