These crimes will cost Marović two years in prison, and he is due to pay 50 thousand EUR to charity.
We remind that Higher Court first passed the first plea bargain with Marović. According to that agreement, Marović admitted to fraud and abuse of position in cases Donji bulevar, Krapina, “Properti investment” and “Kopirajt”. He agreed to one year and ten months in prison, with financial punishment of 50 thousand EUR and an obligation to return one million and 100.000 EUR to the state.
In total, Marović will spend three years and ten months in prison.
