The meeting was held at the Palas hotel in Petrovac.
“Due to recent changes in the ownership structure of the company and the AIK bank’s entering as the hotel group shareholder, conditions have been created for the shareholders owning more than 5% of the capital to be able to nominate their representatives to the board of directors. Pursuant to the provisions of the Law on Business Organisations, the recent resignation of one of the representatives of the Stratex group caused termination of the term of office of all the members of the board by default”, Budvanska Rivijera stated.
