Mrs. Jonica previously addressed the Speaker of the Parliament in a written request, asking that the parliamentary material be supplied in Cyrillic, in accordance with Article 13 of the Constitution.
Yesterday in Parliament, the use of the Albanian language for the members of Albanian nationality was introduced as well, which is also in accordance with Article 13 of the Constitution of Montenegro.
