Pajović on paying off KAP workers: Ultimatum not a good approach

He added that the Parliament does not have constitutional jurisdiction to implement laws, but that this is a task for the Government.

The Government passed on Thursday conclusions for solving matters of reimbursements for former KAP workers, that entail respecting executive branch decision from April this year. The Government will pass the conclusions to the Parliament that will then have a say.

Pajović sad that the ultimatum he got is a consequence of not knowing the state legislation.

“Implementation of laws is taken care of by the Government, not the Parliament. Still, the ultimatum is not a good solution, what we want is a peaceful way to resolve this, through institutions”, he said, RTCG reported.

Former KAP workers said that they will decide whether or not to block traffic on Smokovac on Monday.

Reimbursements require 5,45 million EUR.
