President of the board of directors of Azmont Investments, Ahmet Erentok, said that the amount of investments when it comes to the project is constantly increasing, and that by this March company invested almost 164 million euros.
„The whole project is an additional promotion of the beautiful Montenegro which we see as a prestigious destination, and the first One&Only hotel in Europe will be the jewel of Boka Kotorska”, said Erentok.
„We will build on 138 thousand meters squared including the One&Only hotel, Henri Chenot Spa, beach club, yacht club and 220 moorings for yachts. We will have prestigious brands, luxury villas and apartments, and we plan to renovate the church which we will use as an interesting locations for wedding ceremonies”, said Erentok.
He added that squares will cover around five thousand meters squared with various attractions and activities.
Djukanovic said that tourism is the main pillar of the country’s development and reminded that the Mediterranean consumed one third of the total touristic travel with around 360 million international travels.
„Within that, Montenegro had 1.7 million tourists last year, or 11.3 million overnight stays and more than 800 million euros of income, and our plan is to reach 30 percent of the GDP by tourism”, said Djukanovic.
Resort is made of hotel One&Only with 112 rooms, including Henri Chenot Spa, marina with 223 moorings for superyachts, many different segment kilometres of the shore.
