This year’s appearance of Montenegro at the Ukraine International Travel & Tourism Show ended a three-year break from the market that accounts for about five percent of the total tourist traffic in Montenegro.

From Kiev, Odessa, Kharkiv, Donetsk and Lviv, with up to 35 rotations per week from late April to late September, operating airliners will be Dart Airlines, Windrose, Yanair, Dniproavia, UM Air, Ukraine International Airlines, and Ukrainian tour operators which offer packages for Montenegro are Alf Kiev, Orbita, Adria Hit, Lubovsvit, Siesta, Tui Ukraine and others.

According to statistics, Montenegro was last year visited by about 58.000 tourists from Ukraine who accounted for about 500.000 overnight stays, which is at the level of the previous year. The average stay of tourists from Ukraine stood at eight days, reports Mina business.

Presenting the tourist offer of Montenegro at the fair were tourist organizations of Budva, Bar, Herceg Novi, alongside companies R-Tours, Fly Montenegro, Talas M and HG Montenegro Stars.

 

UITT 2016 gathered around 250 exhibitors from thirty countries, and it is expected that the fair will be visited by a total of 25.000 visitors.
