The police stopped the suspicious Mitsubishi Pajero yesterday around 8 PM in Stari Aerodrom settlement on the outskirt of Podgorica, with Stanisic behind the wheel.
Upon inspecting the vehicle, the police discovered a large bag, covered in tape, which contained 20 large, handmade packages of skunk.
They notified the prosecutor in Podgorica, and arrested Stanisic.
Criminal charges will be filed against him, and he will be brought before the prosecutor on suspicion of having committed the criminal offense of unauthorized production, possession and distribution of narcotics.
