With this application, it is possible to explore Podgorica from any place in the Earth.
“The application provides an extremely rich, detailed view of panoramas and facilities, with the possibility of viewing facades and number of storeys of buildings. Various data layers are available in 3D resolution, including the possibility of calculating the distances and area of facilities. Updating the footage on the Google Earth is important for positioning and promoting of Montenegro” the Ministry communicated.
In the forthcoming period, the Ministry of Sustainable Development and Tourism plans to create an ortho-photo map of the entire Montenegro, which will be of great importance in the process of legalization of informal facilities, work of inspection and tax services.
The full costs of footage and data processing related to the territory of Podgorica were taken over by the company Aerodata International Surveys.
