He already gave a statement to the police, while the prosecutor decided there are no elements of criminal acts prosecuted ex officio.
However, the police is prosecuting him for four traffic offenses.
This is not the only case CdM reported to the police in the past few days.
CdM today reported a trucks speeding through the red light, right across an intersection in Podgorica. The young man who recorded everything said the truck could have killed a few people, but, fortunately, the crowd at the intersection quickly cleared and there were no casualties.
