Hearing in the High Court in Podgorica in front of the judge Suzana Mugosa is scheduled for 29 September.
Radojicic is suspected of exceeding his official powers of the president of the Municipality of Niksic in 2012 and seriously violating the rights of other interested potential bidders, all in favour of the companies Radulovic M-3 DOO Niksic, Cinema Service DOO Podgorica, ACS Kino Acoustics, DOO Pancevo, Ramel DOO Niksic, B Film Montenegro DOO Podgorica and Montenomax DOO Danilovgrad.
