This time, one reader of CdM took a photo of an illegally parked Embassy vehicle in the very heart of Podgorica, on Njegoseva Street.
“First he stopped the traffic in the narrow street because his place was taken, and then parked in the handicap lot”, said the reader to explain the photo taken.
Improper parking is not foreign to public officials, and this is not the first time CdM has written about it.
