Sculpture of Montenegrin ‘oro’ placed in the park next to previous Government’s headquarters

Sculpture of eight men in Montenegrin national outfit is five and a half meters tall, and is the tallest ever built in Montenegro. 

Montenegrin oro is a national ethno dance of Montenegrins which has been a symbol of tradition and culture of the people for centuries. This motive was the guide for academic sculptor Mitar Zivkovic who made the sculpture in his atelier at Drac, in Podgorica.
