Super yacht Carinthia VII, owned by an Austrian billionaire, sailed into Bar

It was built by the famous company Lürssen Yachts in 2002, based on Tim Heywood’s design. The yacht is owned by Austrian billionaire Heidi Horten, widow of Helmut Horten, founder of Horten AG department stores. According to Forbes, her wealth is estimated at $2.6bn, Bar-info news portal carried.

The yacht has a length of 97.20 metres, beam of 16.00 metres, and draft of 4.80 metres. It can reach a maximum speed of 26 knots.

The interior design has not been seen publicly.

The yacht is capable of carrying up to 28 crew members onboard and has been designed to comfortably accommodate up to 12 guests.

It has sailed under the flag of Malta since 2013.
