The board gave positive opinion on the proposal for Milorad Scepanovic to be the chief of the Permanent mission of Montenegro in United Nations and other international organizations, with headquarters in Geneva.
According to the constitution, the president of Montenegro is naming ambassadors upon the proposal from the Government or the relevant parliamentary board.
