This type of “sport” known as “body suspension”, is hanging a human body on the hooks which are piercing one’s skin on various places.
There isn’t a special or the right spot for where the hook should pierce the body, it can be anywhere on the body, and casual observers often wonder “why would somebody want to do something like that in the first place?”.
