“Upon the order of the Special Prosecutor’s Office, members of a special police team in cooperation with members of the Security Centre Niksic, arrested Zmajevic on suspicion of having committed a criminal offense – war crime against civilians”, the Special Prosecutor’s Office stated.
The suspect was questioned by the special prosecutor, who remanded him in custody for up to 72 hours.
Zmajevic is a citizen of Montenegro and he had fought in Kosovo as a military volunteer.
