In the text titled: “Montenegro – Balkans biggest secret in the open”, published by British portal TNT Magazine, author Sophie Ibbotson calls Montenegro one of the last great wilderness places in Europe, saying that the young European country has the undisturbed nature ready for all kinds of adventurists, be it mountain climbers, cyclists, or fans of winter and water sports.
“It has an ambition of competing with French Riviera, there are sea-side resorts and marinas, and it represents its priority. Porto Montenegro already has berths for yachts of 450 m in length, and Luštica Bay marina can welcome ships of 35 meters in length. Yacht clubs, restaurants, hotels and the first golf course with 18 holes are in the play, so you can leave Monte Carlo and get ready for a season with style in Montenegro”, TNT writes.
Presenting Luštica Bay as a project of Orascome, Swiss Bilan said that “the respected company gave a serious example to all interested foreign investors who wish to invest in Montenegro”.
“This small country is a pearl that remained untouched and this is why it expects to attract more tourists from 343 million that visit Mediterranean every year”, Bilan writes.
Azerbaijan’s Business Time calls Montenegro an incredible country.
“It is a young European state, that has a rich history and a lot of monuments of cultural significance. Although it takes up a small part of Adriatic Coast, it has picturesque coastlines.. It has many hidden gems: ancient Perast, Petrovac, olive oil plantations in Bar and Tivat, churches, monasteries and museums of Cetinje, and a lot more”, Business Time writes.
Citing Montenegro’s efforts in creating the most affordable economic atmosphere that attracts investors, Business Time says that Luštica Bay is an “extraordinary touristic project of great reach”.
“It is a first unique residential city, the biggest in this part of Europe, with 1,2 billion EUR invested. Before there is a rush, book your accommodation and use everything Montenegro can offer”, TNT invites its readers.
