400 Ulcinj residents to be recruited in Holiday Village Montenegro

Prime minister Duško Marković and minister of sustainable development and tourism Pavle Radulović today visited the construction site of tourist complex Holiday Village Montenegro in Ulcinj. Responsible contractor for the project is Karizma company.

The complex is to be opened in April 2018 and PM has been impressed with the fact that in spring Ulcinj will have magnificent building with significant and one of the best tourist offers.

Thanks to this coastal resort, there will be 400 vacancies, according to sustainable development and tourism minister Pavle Radulovic.

“The number of newly-employed individuals is to increase. In the first phase of the project, it will amount to 400 and we expect that up to 1,000 individuals will be recruited by the end of the project. We also plan to establish the training center in the field of tourism. We’re satisfied that all funds invested in the project remain in Montenegro,” he added.

Karizma company has been managing 26 hotels worldwide. The company has a high turnover rate (over $500m) and almost 1 million overnights a year, official figures from 2016 show.
