The construction of a bridge over the river Morača, as part of the construction work of Southwest bypass, goes according to plan, whereas the deadline for the completion of works is April next year – said the capital, Podgorica.
They reminded that the construction of Southwest bypass, with a total length of 3.34 kilometers, consists of three phases, with a total value of around 16 million euro, which makes it the largest infrastructure road project in the capital.
“The construction of the Southwest bypass started in August 2018. It represents the roadway of the primary route network, connecting the Podgorica-Cetinje main road with the Podgorica-Petrovac one. Podgorica will thus offer an alternate route around the city, as the transit is going to relieve traffic significantly,” says the statement of the capital.
