Abazovic: Bakovic and Lazovic lifted entry ban for Belivuk, let SDT examine which one of them

DPM Dritan Abazovic has stated at today’s press conference that former assistant heads of the Police Directorate Enis Bakovic and Zoran Lazovic lifted the ban on entry into Montenegro for Veljko Belivuk and Marko Miljkovic. Abazovic has said that it was up to the Special State Prosecutor’s Office to determine which of the two of them lifted the ban. State Secretary at the Ministry of the Interior Rade Milosevic claims that it has been determined that Bakovic is the one who ordered the lifting of the ban. The Minister of Internal Affairs Sergej Sekulovic has said that nothing would be secret anymore. The State Secretary of the Ministry of the Interior Zoran Miljanic has called on the Parliament of Montenegro to elect the Prosecutorial Council as soon as possible.

According to Abazovic, a group linked to Belivuk came to Montenegro while it was banned from entering, despite the ban, and then monstrous crimes were committed on the territory of Montenegro.

He has asked how it was possible for the Special State Prosecutor to take over the case in record time from the Podgorica Basic State Prosecutor’s Office.

Sekulovic has said that nothing will be secret anymore, and that there are no privileged and protected people.

Milosevic has stated that 10 days ago, an internal control determined who lifted the entry ban for Belivuk and Miljkovic. According to him, he received an official answer from the director of the Serbian Police that they did not ask for the lifting of the ban, and that they initiated a procedure to determine that.
