ACG in trouble due to the Govt’s refusal to act on Commercial Court’s ruling

Mladen Bojanić

Acting director of the Airports of Montenegro (ACG) Ana Lončarević has sent a letter to Minister of Capital Investments Mladen Bojanić, demanding that the problem of collecting ACG’s claims from Montenegro Airlines (MA) be resolved. As she states, the company is in trouble due to the impossibility of collecting its claims, and it could happen that it will be closed during the season due to this problem. The company might be closed down as well.

As CdM finds out, a meeting of ACG representatives with the representatives of the Ministry of Capital Investments was held recently. The Minister didn’t attend the meeting. The ACG got the information from the Government that its claims from the MA won’t be paid to it.
