You don’t have to be the insurance beneficiary if you want to show the interest in receiving a vaccine against Covid. All Montenegro residents, regardless of their citizenship status, are Covid-19 vaccine candidates by default, the Managing Director of the Directorate for Digital Health within the Ministry of Health, Mr Aleksandar Sekulić, explained for Dnevne Novine daily.
According to him, the data that citizens have to insert in the application are safe.
“Data that citizens have to enter on covidodgovor.me are protected in line with law. All data are managed through a database of eZdravlje,” he noted.
The Podgorica-based company ‘Fleka’ has been in charge with the development of the afore-mentioned web platform, whereas costs of its development and production were zero.
“The portal was a donation of the Fleka company, which recognized the need to help us in the fight against the pandemic with its expertise.”
