Ambassador of Ukraine to Montenegro congratulated Montenegro on its Independence Day.
“Fourteen years ago you proved that you are independent nation that has vision of the future. You took a significant step forward. You became full-fledged NATO member and the first candidate for the EU membership. We are very glad that you are going to be the first corona-free country in Europe”, Ms Natalia Fialka said.
