Montenegrin police arrested Paracin (Serbia) resident D.P. (45), as he drove with 4.11 blood alcohol concentration (BAC), the Police Directorate said.
Police stopped his Peugeot partner car during the traffic control on the Bar-Ulcinj road, in the Celuga site. A breathalyzer test put his BAC at 4.11.
“He was arrested and a judge of the Misdemeanour Court in Bar was informed on this. Upon the court’s request, the driver was brought to that judge for further procedure,” the statement said.
The police stated that 9 drivers were arrested due to drunk driving with more than 1BAC.
During the weekend, as many as 50 drivers were arrested and detained due to drunk driving.
