The OSCE’s Report on the Bill on the Draft Law on Election Register was very commending, said the chairwoman of the working group for the implementation of OSCE / ODIHR recommendations, Marta Scepanovic.
She told Dnevne Novine that the working group applied all suggestions from the 2013 and 2016 reports.
Scepanovic pointed out that the changes in this regulation were focused on further protection of personal data.
„There were many technical suggestions for other laws, whereas OSCE experts had positive opinion and commended the Draft Law on the Electoral Register. They also said that members of the group would be sincerely committed to doing the job according to recommendations,” said Scepanovic.
