Budva: Director of Budva utility resigned

Marko Radoman

Due to intra-party conflicts and conflicts within the coalition government in Budva the director of the Budva Water and Sewerage Marko Radoman resigned, Dnevne Novine learns.

Radoman is a member of the Democratic Front and, on the basis of the coalition agreement on local governance, he was appointed as the head of Budva utility.

Does this resignation confirm that the Budva government is on the brink of the breakup?

Radoman was appointed at the beginning of the year, after his predecessor Milenko Medigovic, a member of the Democratic Party of Socialists (DPS), was dismissed.

Before coming to the post in the local company, Radoman held the CEO post at Lovcen Film Budva.

There are speculations that he will be succeeded by a close relative of Budva City Council chairman Djordjije Vujovic.
