Center for Civic Education will follow media campaign for the local elections scheduled for May 27, in Podgorica.
“Monitoring refers to the period from the May 2nd, the deadline for the submission of electoral lists, to May 27 2018. Researchers of the Center for civic education will try to answer different questions such as: how much the media were involved during the campaign, was the presentation of electoral offers balanced enough, what kind of media were involved etc“, said Željka Ćetković, representative of the Center for Civic Education.
She also said that project „SPINoFACT 3“ aims to contribute to the promotion of good practices and improvement of legislative framework regarding the political advertising and presentation of electoral offers in Montenegro.
