The Cetinje-Budva road still closed

The Cetinje-Budva road is still closed for traffic because, as Radio Cetinje learns, chief national transport inspector shall decide whether to open it or not.

As the radio unofficially learns all the works within the scope of competence of the Transport Directorate have been completed.

Anchors and safety nets have been installed. A support wall is currently being built there in order to ensure safe traffic on that part of the road.

“The decision to open the road for traffic is, however, exclusively within the competence of the chief national traffic inspector,” RTV Cetinje reports adding that the inspector was not available on the phone number known to its editorial office.

According to the media outlet’s findings, the inspector will be informed on the completed works tomorrow and then he is expected to make the final decision on the road which has been closed for traffic since 2 December due to a landslide.
