Montenegrin government states Montenegro has provided emergency support to flooded Albania in the amount of €50,000 to help with flood relief efforts across the south of the country.

Montenegro’s donation consists of 1,800 blankets, 100 canisters, 200 jackets, 100 pairs of boots, 40 tents, 500 mats, 500 sleeping bags and two 800L capacity pumps.

The country has been hit by a series of floods caused by heavy rain, and around 100 families have been evacuated from their homes as the Vojuša river threatened to burst its banks.
