A case against Veselin Mujovic before Podgorica Basic Court has been dismissed. Former DPS official Svetozar Marovic sued Mujovic asking for €890,000 compensation.
As Marović’s attorney Zdravko Begovic confirmed CdM the criminal proceedings against Mujovic over this alleged fraud is expected to be ended.
The lawsuit is allegedly dismissed for lack of reason and prematureness.
Mujovic allegedly took the money from Marovic to provide better position in the investigations against him.
