Đeljošaj likely to become president of Tuzi Municipality

Leader of the Albanian Alternative, Nik Đeljošaj, is likely to become new president of the Municipality of Tuzi, while the president of the municipal assembly would be Fadil Kajošaj, an official of the Democratic Union of Albanians (DUA), according to CdM.

The Democratic Montenegro will back these appointments but won’t take part in power. The main committee of this party has delegated power to Štjefan Camaj to unconditionally support the candidates of the Albanian Forum, which will ultimately make the Democratic Party of Socialists (DPS) the opposition.

The Albanian Forum, consisting of the Albanian Alternative, Democratic Alliance and DUA won 16 seats at the local election in Tuzi, while the Democrats won 1 seat.

DPS won 10 seats, the Bosniak Party 4 and Social Democrats 1 seat.
