German broadcaster SAT1 TV is filming a documentary in the National Parks of Montenegro and the Solana saltworks. It is expected that two million people will watch the documentary.
The film crew is working on a documentary series called “Discover the World without Borders” (Grenzenlos die Welt entdecken), which will be aired at the end of May in the three German-speaking countries – Germany, Austria and Switzerland.
The series will present 50 countries from around the world including Montenegro. The 45 minute episodes will be broadcasted on Saturdays at 7pm.
Such a documentary is of great importance for promotion of Montenegrin national parks and the country as a tourist destination on German tourist market, said Azra Vukovic the director of National Parks.
The film crew will shoot in Ulcinj Solana, NP Durmitor, NP Skadar Lake and NP Lovcen.
In addition to national parks, the railway line between Bar and Kolasin will also be topic for another shooting.
