Since the consultation of the Government of Montenegro, headed by Zdrvko Krivokapic (4 December 2020), about 150 employees have been relieved of their duties, and they are legally entitled to salaries for one year from the termination of office, CdM has learned.
According to reliable information obtained by CdM, most government officials were relieved of their duties in April this year.
The Law on Salaries of Public Sector Employees states that those who professionally performed their duties have the right to receive compensation for one year after the termination of office in the amount of the salary they received in the last month before the termination of office, with appropriate adjustment.
