Gvozdenović and Simović won’t run for DPS vice presidents

Ahead of the extraordinary Congress of the Democratic Party of Socialists, DPS, its high officials, Mr Branimir Gvozdenović and Mr Milutin Simović, have announced that they won’t run for vice presidents of the DPS, the CdM portal has learnt.

Both have stated that the time has come for the young DPS staff to take on as vice presidents of the party.

According to unofficial information of CdM, there are around 40 candidates running for this position.

The forthcoming Congress of the party will appoint 168 members of the Main Board, a president and four members of the Statutory Commission, as well as a president and two members of the Supervisory Board.

Head of the Board responsible for preparing the Congress is Mayor of Podgorica, Mr Ivan Vuković.
