The Democratic Front (DF) MP and vice-president of the Movement for Changes (PzP), Branka Bosnjak, tells CdM if she were elected mayoress of Podgorica, she’d introduce series of measures to make her Mayoralty more accountable. She strongly believes the opposition can be united in the upcoming elections in Podgorica. After the opposition wins the election in Podgorica, changes at the state level are to set in.
“You should not ask me whether I’m an eligible candidate for the forthcoming elections in the Capital, but rather my colleagues and residents of Podgorica. If I were a candidate in the forthcoming local election in Podgorica, I’d aim to perform my duties professionally, honestly, carefully and to the best of my abilities,” states Bosnjak.
She also adds she will make additional efforts aimed at forming the opposition alliance and hopes that success of a presidential candidate, Mladen Bojanić, will contribute to this process.
