The Podgorica High Court decided to set aside certain pieces of evidence from the case file in the proceedings in which PzP leader Nebojsa Medojevic and businessman Momir Nikolic are charged with the creation of a criminal organisation and money laundering.

This was published on the court website.

After the final decision on setting the evidence from the file case aside, the judge panel will decide on the legality and justification of the indictment.

When the indictment was examined before the court, the prosecutor pointed out that evidence in this proceeding included 96 written documents, as well as that there were 61 witnesses to hear.

Medojevic told the court at that time that this indictment was fabricated by the chief special prosecutor Milivoje Katnic out of personal reasons.
