Prosecutor’s Office issued an indictment against the former Berane mayor Vuka Golubovic.
The indictment was also issued against Milan Golubovic, Darko Malisic, Momcilo Saicic, Vuceta Malisic and Zarko Barjaktarovic, as well as against the Tehnostar Berane company.
Golubovic is charged with abuse of office thus costing the Municipality of Berane about €25,000.
The indictment states that in September 2011 Golubovic exempted the Tehnostar company from paying the fee managing construction land, without the decision of the City Council or any legal grounds.
Golubovic was Berane mayor from 2006 to 2014.
