The investigation into whether the three members of the Anti-Terrorist Police Unit N.P., M.D. and M.P. illegally searched the house of the Bar resident Sead Lukac, beat his minor son, and allegedly stole €2,000, has been going on for half a year. The Police Directorate has told CdM that in the morning of January, police officers, acting on the order of the competent judge, searched the house and other premises used by the person of interest S.L. and his relatives H.L. and J.L. in the Zaljevo settlement in Bar. The Basic Prosecutor’s Office in Bar has told the media that the investigation into this case is still ongoing.

On 6 January of this year, the sister of Sead Lukac filed a complaint with the police in Bar against the three members of the Anti-Terrorist Police Unit, because of what she claims was their unprofessional behavior, the illegal search of the house, the police torture of her underage cousin, and the theft of €2,000. She submitted the report even though she was not present at the time of the mentioned event.

“Police officers hit my underage cousin on the head, tilting his head toward the floor, and stole €2,000 from my brother Sead’s bedroom”, says the report submitted to the police in Bar, which CdM had access to.

On 6 January, in the morning hours, acting according to the order of the competent judge, members of the Police Directorate searched the house and other premises used by the person of interest S.L. and his relatives H.L. and J.L. in the Zaljevo settlement in Bar, the Police Directorate has told CdM.
