Protected witness with the code name Jadranko Jonski, explained in detail his role in criminal groups charged with the most serious criminal offences.
Testimony of this witness matches the knowledge of investigators who marked three persons as organizers of three criminal groups – Ranko Radulović from Nikšić, Igor Vukotić from Kotor and Erogen Brajović from Shkodër.
As the witness said, they formed criminal groups in order to kill all those who might come their way. Their list also included high police officials and former officers of the National Security Agency, as well as the Chief Special Prosecutor, Milivoje Katnić.
Protected witness said that he followed Milivoje Katnić, watched his house in Kilikovače, near Danilovgrad, standing on the nearby hill. He collected information on Katnić’s everyday routines. He knew when he usually went out of the house, when he did gardening activities and alike. He added that half million EUR had been predicted for the murder of Katnić. According to the witness, the aforementioned Ranko Radulović requested that they follow Katnić.
The protected witness also revealed that Erogen Brajović paid him to kill Vjekoslav Lambulić. He made an ambush for Lambulić, he was waiting for him in the bushes while Lambulić was sitting in “Hilton” hotel. When Lambulić parked, he approached him and shot him. This all happened at the parking near Roman Square in Podgorica. Since he knew Lambulić was wearing a bulletproof vest, his aim was to shot Lambulić in the head. He said that Erogen Brajović ordered this murder since he was convinced that brothers Lambulić killed his brother Aleksandar Brajović, back in 2015.
However, he failed and escaped.
Jadranko Jonski has been answering questions of prosecutors for six hours on Monday. Hearing will continue on September, 20, when the defendants and their defense attorneys will ask him questions.
