President of the Commercial Court, Blažo Jovanić, accepted the request of the Electric power Company of Monetenegro (EPCG) and excluded the judge Nataša Bošković from the dispute by means of which the minority shareholder of the state energy company, Vasilije Miličković, requests the annulment of the decision on taking over the Coal Mine in Pljevlja.
Jovanić brought this decision yesterday while claiming that there is basis to believe that judge Bošković is biased in this case. This case will, therefore, be delegated to another judge, by method of random assignment.
Reportedly, Jovanić couldn’t accept the allegations made by judge Bošković that she brought the first temporary measure of prohibition of taking over Coal Mine on the basis of her own belief. She ignored the recommendations of the Council and she imposed the measure of prohibition again, claiming that taking over Coal Mine would cause big financial damage.
