Kadija: I will select TVCG director after interviews with candidates

Andrijana Kadija

The new director of the TVCG in the next four-year term will be known in the next month, after the director general of the public broadcaster, Andrijana Kadija, interviews candidates for that position, Dnevne Novine newspaper writes.

Kadija did not want to comment on unofficial information that Vladan Micunovic would replace the current acting TVCG director Olivera Vukadinovic. In addition to Micunovic, RTCG journalist Brano Nikezic is also candidate for the position.

“I believe that I am able to evaluate and select the director of TVCG based on references and experience,” Kadija told DN.

As a reminder, Kadija appointed the acting director Olivera Vukadinovic to that position, but she has not applied for the position.

Micunovic is a long-time journalist. He was editor in chief the Vijesti daily newspaper and TV. He has been the Media Institute director for the last two years. He used to be editor in Pobjeda and RTCG.

Portal Analitika yesterday announced that Kadija would appoint Micunovic for TVCG director upon the request of the chairman and a member of the RTCG Council, Vladimir Pavicevic and Goran Djurovic.
