Main Special Prosecutor, Mr Milivoje Katnić, said in a statement for Danda that majority of prosecutorial organization was actively engaged in the process of the suppression of the coronavirus.
“Our staff is equipped with protection masks and gloves, in particular special team working on the terrain and collecting material evidence. Special Prosecutor’s Office has equipped the staff with chemical substances in due time”, Mr Katnić said.
As far as enormous increase in prices of basic groceries, illegal trading of medical equipment and medicines, special prosecutor says that prosecutor’s office hasn’t received any such complaints so far.
“The focus of our attention at the moment are people who provoke panic as well as persons who fail to abide by the prescribed measures”, Mr Katnić said.
