At today’s press conference, Special State Prosecutor Milivoje Katnić has said that the events in Tuzi reminded him of the uprising in Budva and that the state authorities should react. He has also said that “the war in Yugoslavia began with similar events as in Tuzi”, but that he believes that it will not happen again.
“We did that in Budva because we suspected that there was a criminal organization, which is not the case in Tuzi”, he stresses.
Mr Katnić adds that the Special State Prosecutor’s Office is monitoring the situation and that everyone will suffer the consequences for improper situations.
